Family business specialising in metal fabrication and design of mechanical systems

Son Andrew has been working as a boilermaker for the last fifteen years and the last five years involved in the metal gate manufacturing industry.  Andrew is experienced in the electrical and mechanical installation of industrial and domestic sliding gates as well and has been trained in the installation of remote controlled systems.

Father Thomas has been working in the metal trade for many years and over the last fifteen years teaching engineering and technology both in Australia and the UK.

After returning home to Melbourne last year decided to work with Andrew in his “Andy’s specialised welding. Thomas formed a new company “Oakley gates” marketing and design of custom gates and fences.

Thomas is responsible for sales and design

Andrew is responsible for manufacture and installation.
